Magna Digital Dashboard is a marketing reporting platform operated by Magna Digital.
The dashboard allows authorised users and clients to view advertising and sales performance information, including data retrieved from services such as Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Authorised Use
Users may only access the dashboard and advertising accounts that they are authorised to access.
Users must not attempt to access another client's information, interfere with the operation of the platform or misuse any data made available through the dashboard.
Reporting Data
Advertising data displayed in Magna Digital Dashboard may be obtained from third-party platforms including Google Ads.
Reporting information may be delayed, updated or corrected by those third-party platforms.
Magna Digital does not guarantee that advertising platform data will be available in real time or be free from errors or delays caused by third-party services.
Google Ads Integration
Where Google Ads access is authorised, Magna Digital Dashboard uses the Google Ads API to retrieve advertising performance data for reporting purposes.
The dashboard's Google Ads integration is intended for reporting and analytics. It does not modify campaigns unless a separate feature and authorisation expressly provides otherwise.
Third-Party Services
The dashboard may rely on third-party services, APIs and infrastructure.
Magna Digital is not responsible for outages, changes or limitations imposed by third-party platforms.
Confidentiality
Client advertising and performance information is treated as confidential and is made available only to authorised users.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Magna Digital is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the dashboard or reliance on third-party reporting data.
Termination of Access
Magna Digital may suspend or remove dashboard access where access is no longer authorised or where these Terms are breached.
